Michael B. Bradley has joined Fish Commercial Real Estate Group as a licensed sales and leasing salesperson. Mr. Bradley has been active in the commercial real estate and development industry for over 15 years. He will use his market knowledge and commercial brokerage experience to head the commercial arm of Fish Real Estate in the Williamsport and surrounding area markets. Mr. Bradley will concentrate on expanding their office, industrial, retail, and land sales/leasing.

Prior to moving his family from Maryland, Mr. Bradley was a Senior Associate at Trammell Crow Company (recently acquired for 1.8 billion by CBRE) in Baltimore, Maryland, a national commercial real estate brokerage and development firm based out of Dallas, TX. Mr. Bradley was recognized by the Baltimore Business Journal’s top 25 commercial real estate brokers in 2004 and ranked by the Costar Group as a Power Broker in 2004 and 2005 based on leasing and sales transaction volume.

Prior to the Trammell Crow Company, Mr. Bradley was Regional Leasing Director for Boxer Property, a commercial real estate company based out of Houston, TX. Mr. Bradley opened and operated the firm’s Baltimore office in 1997 and was instrumental in Boxer Property’s success.
